So a man goes to the doctor for an exam. The doctor looks him over and tells the guy, "Well, you are in perfect health, except that you have a banana in your ear." No response. He repeats the diagnosis several times. No response. Finally, the man turns to the doc and says “I’m sorry, I can’t hear you, I have a banana in my ear.”
